By accessing Litehops.com and placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the policies and terms of service listed below.

 

 

Payment Policy

We accept most major payment methods including:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • PayPal
  • Shop Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Other secure payment providers available during checkout

All payments must clear before an order is processed and shipped.

Litehops reserves the right to cancel, hold, or refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, resale abuse, or suspicious behavior. Additional identification or payment verification may be required for certain orders.

After placing an order, customers will receive a confirmation email containing an electronic receipt and order details.

Please allow 1–2 business days for payment processing and verification.


 

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

All domestic orders within the United States are shipped through UPS.

  • Flat rate shipping for all domestic orders is $7.99
  • Comic book (paperback) shipping is $2.50
  • Taxes, if applicable, will be calculated during checkout

Estimated shipping time within the United States is typically 1–2 weeks. During high order volume, holidays, preorders, product launches, or production delays, orders may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. While we strive to ensure a timely delivery, Litehops is not responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather conditions, or natural events.

International Shipping

All International orders are shipped through DHL Express.

Shipping rates for international orders are calculated during checkout based on destination and package weight.

Customers outside of the United States are responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • Customs fees
  • VAT taxes
  • Any additional country-specific charges

Litehops is not responsible for any delays caused by customs, processing, or international shipping carriers.

Estimated international delivery time is approximately 3–4 weeks.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

Please allow carriers time to update tracking scans after shipment.


 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Litehops is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Litehops is not responsible for theft or delivery issues at the shipping address provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses may not qualify for replacement or refund.

If an issue occurs during transit, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly before contacting Litehops support.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

To request a cancellation, please contact Litehops@gmail.com.

After the 24-hour window, orders may already be in production, processing, packaging, or shipment preparation and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Litehops reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Inventory issues
  • Payment failure
  • Suspected fraud
  • Shipping restrictions
  • Violations of our policies

If an item becomes unavailable or out of stock, customers will be notified and may choose one of the following options:

  • Wait for restock
  • Exchange for another item
  • Receive a refund

Customers will have 5 business days to respond before the order is automatically refunded.

Refunds typically take 8–10 business days to appear back on the original payment method depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.


 

Return & Exchange Policy

Only items purchased directly from Litehops.com are eligible for returns or exchanges.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused
  • Items must be unworn
  • Items must be unwashed
  • Items must be in original condition

Litehops must be contacted within 7 days of confirmed delivery to begin a return request.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are processed after the returned items are received and inspected.

Refunds typically take 8–10 business days to appear back on the original payment method depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.


 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not qualify for returns or exchanges:

  • Worn or washed products
  • Final sale items
  • Opened drinks or consumable products
  • Digital products
  • Damaged items caused by customer misuse

Litehops reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet policy requirements.


 

Involuntary Returns

The customer will be contacted by email if an order is returned to Litehops due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Unclaimed package
  • Refused delivery

Customers will have 5 business days to respond regarding reshipment or refund options.

Failure to respond within that time may result in automatic cancellation or refund.


 

Product Disclaimer

Litehops works hard to accurately display product colors, graphics, materials, and sizing. However, actual product appearance may vary slightly due to:

  • Screen settings
  • Lighting
  • Printing methods
  • Manufacturing differences
  • Fabric variations

Sizing and fit may vary slightly between garments.


 

Intellectual Property

All Litehops artwork, logos, graphics, comic content, branding, product designs, photos, videos, and written content are property of Litehops unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, copying, modification, or distribution of Litehops content is prohibited.


 

Limitation of Liability

By purchasing from Litehops, customers agree that Litehops shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products, delayed shipments, manufacturing delays, carrier issues, or website interruptions.
